The ingredients used at Blossom Café are selected from the remote Colombian coffee fields in South America to the Dak Lak plateau in Vietnam with shiny Robusta beans.

Phin coffee, through the long flow of history, has always maintained a special place in daily lives of the Vietnamese people.
Black, Brown, White, Salt Coffee – these distinctive variations, each representing different regions of Vietnam, are now available at Cafe Annam House in our own unique way.
By honoring Vietnamese products with the use of Vietnamese coffee filters (phin) and Đông Gia ceramics, Cafe Annam House infuses modern approach with local culture.
